HOW TO GET FREE SHIPPING

FREE Standard Shipping available within Canada on all orders over $50 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes). For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate fee of $10.

Please note, orders over $500 require a signature confirmation at delivery.

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days but may be higher during peak seasons. Once picked up from our warehouse, ground packages are usually delivered within 10 business days. If express shipping is selected at checkout, processing times still apply. After being picked up from our warehouse, packages should arrive within 3 - 10 business days for standard shipping and 1 – 3 business days for express shipping.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note, observed Canadian holidays include: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

  • Express Shipping (Currently Not Available): $15

Our primary shipping carrier is Canada Post, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery across the country. However, if additional support is required, we may also ship with UPS to best meet your needs. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your recently placed order, please visit the “Order History” tab within My Account. If you don’t have an account, kindly use our Order Tracker to search for and locate your order. Please note that the order cancellation option will only be available for eligible orders shortly after being placed. We strive to process orders promptly, so cancellations and modifications are time-sensitive and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified at this time.

Returns

At drunkelephant.ca, we want you to love your purchase — but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund to your original form of payment. Please note:

  • Only items that are new or gently used and in their original packaging will be accepted – returns of heavily used, damaged, or altered items may be denied at our discretion.
  • Any item that arrives damaged must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or refund. Reports submitted beyond this window may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Drunk Elephant Canada reserves the right to decline any return that, at its discretion, does not comply with our return policy – including cases of excessive or abusive return patterns, or items re-shipped as a courtesy following a report of non-receipt.
  • Purchases that included a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s) to qualify for a return.
  • When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded.
  • Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively, and orders must be placed within the promotion period.
  • Products purchased from our retailers cannot be returned through drunkelepehant.ca. Please contact the original store of purchase to process your return. While we can report your claim, monetary refunds cannot be made as we will not have an order in our system to refund against.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs – we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • Keep the packing slip sent with your parcel if you are looking to make a return.

How To Initiate A Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below.

  1. Download & Fill the Return Authorization form. We will not be able to make a return or locate your item without the Return Authorization Form.

  2. Ensure all your products are in their original packaging and placed in the parcel securely.
  3. Include the order Packing Slip & the Return Form inside the parcel.
  4. Drop the package at any courier location.

Optional In-Person Drop-Off Instructions:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
  2. Write your order number and “Attn: Ecommerce Return” on the exterior of your parcel.
  3. Drop off your package from Monday to Thursday between 9 am and 4 pm EST at 303 Allstate Parkway, Markham, ON L3R 5P9. Please note we will be closed on Canadian Holidays.
  4. Place the package on the wire shelf behind the glass doors in front of the building (facing the street).

Please allow 5 -10 business days for all refunds to be processed upon delivery to our warehouse.

Lost Order (Item Not Received)

We take every measure to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. However, once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If you suspect your order is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and while we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we’ll always do our best to support you with claims and resolution guidance.

Drunk Elephant Canada monitors lost order claims and reserves the right to decline any claim that, at its sole discretion, appears to reflect excessive behavior.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@drunkelephant.ca.

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still not found, we will start a trace and take the required follow-up steps.
