I developed my hair line for many reasons, the main one being that I wanted
to apply my
unique skincare philosophy to the scalp—because the scalp is skin, too. My customers
have loved this
approach for their face and have been asking for something they could use for their
hair and body (and
to be honest, I was wishing for the same thing in my own personal routine). At the
same time, I had
been talking to my longtime childhood friend, hairstylist Chris McMillan (who
happens to know a lot
about hair), about some sort of collaboration. I knew I could formulate interesting
and innovative
hair products, and I knew Chris could then test them out on different hair all day,
every day and give
me the feedback I needed to get things right. Everything lined up the right way at
the right time,
and, well, hair we are. ;)
For 30 years, hairstylist Chris McMillan has worked with influencers, models, heads of state, and virtually every recognizable head of hair in Hollywood. But he's more than a celebrity hairstylist: McMillan has also cut and styled the hair of the thousands of men and women who have come into his Beverly Hills salon over the years. Despite trying hundreds of products on countless types of hair, he could never find products to do what he wanted them to do: simply bring hair back to its strongest, healthiest state. When his old friend Tiffany approached him about creating their dream line of hair products, he didn’t hesitate. Together, they came up with hair care that focuses on the scalp—products that dissolve years of buildup while nourishing hair with coconut-based cleansers and shine-boosting amino acids—and the rest just grew from there.
